Burnett's was able to repair a punctured tire and change the oil at a reasonable price. Most places always seem to find a way to sell you a new tire. I would definitely use again.

They matched the price I found on the internet when I went there to buy new tires and I thought that I got a good deal. So, I kept going back to get oil changes and tire rotations after that. I went in this time, got the oil change done and left. They didn’t sell me anything extra. I don’t think they sold me anything extra other than the tires, but I went in looking for those. I have been very happy with them.

Overall their service has been good. I ended up having the tires go out of round after 15000 miles or so. They did every test known to man on figuring out how to balance them to make them ride correctly and they couldn't so they just replaced them.

Not a good experience. When I mentioned Angie's List the person who went over the estimate with us said we should be careful trusting providers on the list because the "providers pay to get on the list".

"We don't pay anyone to be on the Angie's List. Members add business at their discretion when they do the ratings. We weren't even aware of the list until we were notified one time that we have recieved an award at our locations for outstanding service."
