Brogan's Home Painting

We chose Brogan's Home Painting out of 6 different bids and were very impressed from start to finish. The job was handled timely and efficiently and was very reasonably priced. The project manager, Raymundo was very helpful with last-minute changes and questions. Their team made a few repairs to the siding, prepped the windows, and power washed the first day, and had our 2400 square foot home all painted within 1 day (the 2nd day.) They applied 2 coats of paint everywhere - including both our siding and brick. The house looks brand new - they did a great job! We would highly recommend working with Ed and Brogan’s Home Painting.

Every aspect of our project was handled with exceptional efficiency, courtesy and professionalism. Our project manager, Jose, was very customer focused as his team made repairs to siding, multiple windows, and doors. They prepped the exterior panelling, windows and doors by power washing the house and caulking nail heads and replacing caulk around windows and doors. Then they applied two coats of high quality exterior paint to the entire house. At the end of the job, they cleaned-up the job site thoroughly and conducted a walk around inspection of their work to ensure we were thoroughly satisfied. Now our home looks beautiful and is protected from the elements by expert application of quality products. We highly recommend Brogan Home Painting.

Everything went well. The 1800 square foot, two-story house looks great. All the wood rot was repaired efficiently. The communication with Ed Brogan went great throughout the process. I got several bids and decided to go with Brogan's Home Painting because the price was competitive, the communication was excellent, the reviews were very good, and their availability was perfect for my needs. They did everything I expected and the crew was polite and professional.

Awesome!!! Dealing with Ed and his crew was amazing. Shawn was the crew chief at the jobsite, his meticulous attention to detail was appreciated. Can't recommend them enough. If you want a quality paintjob done right they are your crew. They weren't the lowest bid or the highest, they charge more than most of the companies but you get what you pay for. Very happy!

Ed Brogan and Alfonzo and the team did a great job painting our two story house and replacing areas of wood rot. Ed responded to the request for a bid quickly and when we were ready to hire he was able to get us on the schedule pretty quickly. They didn't mess around. They stayed late on day 2 to complete the job. Impressive! The work looks good. Only a few minor issues keep this review from being 5 stars. For some reason one area of wood rot that was replaced was primed, but never painted. We finished it ourselves later. The screened in porch had one area of trim that didn't get painted. 4.75 Stars. We would hire Ed Brogan Painting again.

We received an estimate in October of 2014; however, the weather turned cold and rainy before the work was started.  After consulting with Ed, we decided to wait until spring.  Ed contacted us in early March and offered to begin work immediately at the previously agreed price. His crew arrived the next day to begin work.
Shaun, Jose and Luis, the painting crew, were prompt, courteous and efficient.  They scraped peeling paint, power washed, then thoroughly scraped again.  They spent considerable time caulking, as our house is board and batten construction.  Wood rot was repaired.  They removed the storm windows and spray painted the house, using brush and rollers as needed.  Windows were cleaned and storm windows rehung. They cleaned up thoroughly at the end of each day.
We had arranged to have our front door restained, using stain we already had.  When the stain did not adhere properly, Shaun contacted Ed.  He provided paint of our choice and repainted both front and back doors at no extra charge.

Painting was done very well. It looks excellent and they got it done very quickly.
Customer service was top notch!

We contacted Ed to give us an estimate to paint the exterior of our house and to have wood rots fixed.  He was very detailed and very reasonable in cost.  Out of several bids, his price was in the middle, but due to the amount of wood rots work needed and the detail estimate we got from him, we believe his bid was the most reasonable one.  The job was finished in five days, Roberto, his crew leader, was on top of everything, checking every day and making sure everything was moving along. His crew worked long hours, they were there early morning, around 7am to 6pm, and they were good in cleaning up after each day before leaving. There were areas that needed some more work and was not included in the bid, Roberto went ahead and had those fixed right away, he was very responsive to our questions and needs, we really appreciate Ed's crew and his leader Roberto.  We are very happy of the results, definitely will hire them again in the future.

They did a great job.  All concerned were very responsive to my questions and concerns.  They worked long, hard hours to get the job done and did an excellent job.  They were respectful, continually cleaned up their messages and kept the noise to a minimum.  I am very, very satisfied and will definitely use them again for interior painting (if they do interior painting).  Thanks Brogan Home Painting!

We have used many painters over the year.  Our experience with Brogan's Home Painting has been the best to date.  They were very careful to apply the correct amount of caulk and did not "over caulk" like you see some many painters doing today.  We received a nice heavy coat of premium grade stucco paint (Sherwin Williams top line masonry paint) and our trim and garage we pained with Sherwin Williams Duration.

Professional - great crew who were both talented and anxious to please. They even commented that the hardware on our front door was corroded and they went ahead and replaced it for us, matching the original exactly. Great work.....

He does a great job!!

The work was very professional.  Ed is an experienced painter. 
Communication was a little bit challenging ... after having some issues
in the past with other painters, I wanted a detailed description of
exactly where wood needed to be replaced, etc. and Ed is more of the old
school where he gives you a price and does what is needed.  Now that
the work is completed, I agree that he did know what he was doing, it
just took us a while to get to where he and I understood each other. 
The workmen were very prompt and neat.  We had a bit of trouble getting
screens back up in good shape, but that has happened every time I've
hired a painter.  Ed was very willing to come back several times during
the estimate process and he had practical ideas about some tricky areas
we had to deal with.  Overall, a good experience.

It was a pleasure to work with Ed and his crew. Ed came out to give an estimate and then was patient with us through the time it took us to make our decision and he emailed back and forth with us to help answer our questions. The crew was very punctual and polite. They worked quickly and also gave us our space to go about our regular routines. Ed and his crew were also very patient with us and Ed brought over samples of paint to help us decide on the body color of our home. They even patched a small area of cement around a post on our front entry without us even asking them to which was great! They cleaned up after the left and we are very happy with the way our home looks now!

First, they were very prompt in getting to me.   Second, the work they did was very well done.   One would never know that the walls originally had wallpaper.    They cleaned up after themselves and were very professional.   I have received alot of compliments on the work they did.   I felt like they were very trustworthy too; no problems with leaving them unattended in my home.

He did a remarkable job. He did such a god just when we decided we wanted to have more painting done we called him first. He never called us back after we called him to inquire about more work. My son also wanted the entire interior of his home painted and he never called him back either.

I like that they are meticulous. There were some touch ups that needed to be done and they said they would come out and make it right. They are clean and he has a real good crew. They do not leave a mess when they are done.
