Bock's Steam Star

Job well done.

We were recommended Bock's from a cleaning service we used. They were able to come out quickly and cleaned all carpets as requested - they looked a lot better than they did. However, there was still a dark brown color at the edges of the carpets. I thought this was a stain but it was dirt that was easily removed with carpet cleaner. Unfortunately I didn't realize it wasn't a stain until 4 weeks later. I called and spoke with Bock's and they said that it costs extra and requires a special tool to clean the edges of a carpet. I am a little irritated that I paid so much and didn't get the whole carpet cleaned. They did admit that the service provider should have told me about that during the service, and I wish he would have. Frustrated that I only have a partially cleaned carpet, but the carpet they did clean was much better than it was.

The work was done promptly, and I have no reason to question the quality of the work. I also thought that the price was quite reasonable.

They have destroyed 10 feet of my mdf baseboards. I have used them before with no issues Have sent a picture of the damage to them and haven't heard back from them.

Bock's Steam Star did a pretty good job. It's been a while since I've used them. Yeah, I don't live near too close to Overland Park these days so I haven't used them lately. They were fine. I would probably not consider using Bock's Steam Star again in the future 'cause I'm pretty far from them so, I don't know. It depends on whether or not they have a travel fee 'cause I haven't used them in a long time.

Excellent. One of the owners came out at the appointed time to walk through the house with me. He measured so that he could give us an accurate price. He left the quote with us. We decided to go with them, so we called the next date to set up an appointment. They arrived at the designated time and did an excellent job of cleaning the carpet. The best part was we knew the cost of the service before they started, so there were not hidden costs. We will continue to use them in the future. thanks Bock.

Fantastic. We had never hired a straight steam cleaning service, and had hired other types of carpet cleaning (have cream colored carpet in high traffic areas) and were incredibly pleased with the results. Our techs, Martin and Trell, were right on time, very courteous, and thorough. We were very happy with the results (although some spots remain. Trell and Martin are professionals, not miracle workers) and will definitely be hiring again next time we need steam cleaning services.

Bock's had to cancel a before-Christmas appointment due to bad weather (perfectly understandable). They came after Christmas, on time and the two gentlemen were professional. They did remove the pet stains in the worst area. That was my main concern. I was disappointed that they did not move 2 easily-moved end tables and I see some spots now that the rug is dry. BUT, this carpet has not been cleaned in a while and was very dirty. Overall I am very happy with the results and will use them again.

Very polite people.

They are reasonably and do an excellent job. They cleaned the tile floor as well. I count on them to have a good job done! They wear booties, put down tarps, whatever is needed and do a clean job of cleaning. They took a rug to clean and brought it back too. I will stick with Bock’s.

They are great guys! I referred them to everybody. They have a really, really good service crew. They cleaned our carpets, there was a spot that came back on the stairway on the second floor. Something got imbedded in the pad.  They said if it came back in the next couple days that they would come back. They came back and did it again at no charge.

They are mainly young guys, very service oriented, completely courteous and will answer any questions. I wouldn?t use anybody else! I have been using them for years, since 2005 or 2006, when they were a brand-new company. Bock's does an excellent job and they leave you a bottle of spot remover that they use.

The extra things that they do that are above and beyond is what impressed me.  They call when they are on their way, on time, they do the job and they have moved pieces of furniture for me I the process of cleaning the carpet. I have a 29 year old carpet that does not look like it. I am very impressed with Bock?s.

It was good. There was nothing additional. They did a really great job. The carpets are really clean.
