It went very well.

I worked with Jeff to schedule a good time that fit with the weather so that they wouldn't damage our yard.  They showed up on time and did an excellent job removing/trimming trees.  They cleaned up the yard and removed all the debris.  They even hung new ropes for my tree swing!

Bly's was professional through each phase.  They came highly recommended from a friend and we were not disappointed.  They were considerably less expensive than the lowest of 3 other quotes.  They were prompt and did everything they said and more.  This is a great locally owned company.  You can tell the crew (mostly family) enjoy each other and that customer service is high on their list.  I Wouldn't hesitate to recommend their service and will be using again in the future.

They didn't show up. They weren't any good. They were really expensive. They wanted more to stack it and more to deliver it.

Very pleasant to deal with. Delivery was next day as promised, and the wood looks good (well cut, split, and dried).

After being referred to them by several neighbors, they were quick to respond to my initial inquiry and to come out for an estimate. They were much cheaper than I expected. I called Jeff with a couple of questions about my bid and asked him to take care of a couple of additional items. No cost was added to the bid. The whole crew came out 4 days after our conversation and quickly took care of the job exactly as we expected.
Quality, fast service at a price much cheaper than expected for the amount of work.
Would use them again.

The gentleman who made the delivery was prompt, easy to work with, and most friendly. I will call them again for firewood and tree trimming.

They delivered the wood, dumped it at the far end of our driveway and I paid the guy and he left. He arrived on time and was very professional. My son and I stacked the wood in our rack on the back deck.

Jeff and his crew were great. They cleaned up a very bad mess left by high winds that brought down several large tree limbs and left others hanging. I really appreciated their attention to detail.

Wood was delivered on time, Owner was very friendly, got more wood for the same price than I have from other companies. Definitely would call them again.

Bly's Premium Firewood is an example of a company that knows what they need to do to make the customer happy. They were extremely prompt in scheduling the delivery of a cord of wood to my house in South Overland Park. Three company employees showed up at the scheduled time given to me. Two of the employees were a brother and sister, who operate the company with a couple of more siblings and parents. They didn't waste any time getting to work, and they did an excellent job of stacking the wood in the designated areas I had discussed with them. The wood was adeqately seasoned and wasn't too green nor too dry.

The fee was actually $230, but because we lived so far in South Overland Park and because wanted a couple of other services, the total fee was $280. However, they provided me a quote up-front on the phone so there were no surprises.

I had a supplier last year, whom I called this year. He never returned my 3 calls....not even to say that he was out of business or anything else. Finding a company which is IN BUSINESS from year to year, like Bly's has been for many years, is a plus. It's inconvenient and not worth the hassle to have to skip around every year or two to find another firewood supplier. Finding Bly's was a BIG PLUS !!

I would NOT hesitate to recommend Bly's Premium Firewood. In fact, I would go out of my way to recommend them.

It was an excellent experience! People generally don't want to deliver less than a cord of wood. I called on a Monday and they delivered the wood on a Wednesday. They were able to accommodate my schedule and deliver the wood to me very quickly. This has been the third year that I have used them.
