The window on my son's Dodge Charger would not roll up, so I called Tom and he agreed to work it into his schedule.  Although he was swamped with work, he immediately diagnosed the problem and fixed the window.  We were lucky that it was a minor issue.

They did quality work.  It did take a couple of days to fix it all, but they were reasonably priced.  Note, the only thing I didn't like is that the office there smells like smoke.

They are fine. They did a good job. They were no problems. They did what they said they would and did it on time because I waited for the car. I just made an appointment, and they took care of it right away.

Overall, very happy with the service.  I would say that it took a couple days to complete our service requests, which was fine since we didn't need the vehicle for those couple days, but could be a problem if you need your vehicle service completed earlier.

We have used BV Garage since we moved here. I trust them and they have
never let us down. Always honest about the repairs I never worry about
being taken for unneeded repairs like some other shops in the area. If
you need work I highly recommend them! It's simple for me you have to trust your mechanic and I trust Tom and his crew.

The quality of the work performed by Tom and Chris has always been excellent. Several time I took my cars in expecting to find many more problems (and to pay more) only to be told that I needed less work and that the cost would be lower. I recently sold a 10 year old Accord (original owner) and the buyer could not believe how well maintained the cars was. All thanks to BVG. My experience is that this is a repair shop you can trust. Yes, it's a "mom-and-pop" kind of operation, but the work is excellent and the prices are fair. I'm a big fan.
