The man gave me an estimate and he was very punctual. Then when I called him back to measure and order the blinds he was also very punctual. He was very quick and thorough. I don t have anything negative to say, it was very good experience.

Bruce responded promptly to the phone message that I left requesting a bid. He came at the appointed time with samples to measure and prepare the bid. He completely explained my options and I decided to immediately go with his bid. I made a 50% deposit to secure the order. The shutters arrived in approximately 6 weeks. Bruce called to make an installation appointment and arrived at the appointed time. The installation was completed without problems and I am VERY satisfied.

Bruce is prompt, courteous and professional. He is someone you feel comfortable having in your home. He took down my old vinyl blinds and even disposed of them for me.
