 + -1 moreThe man gave me an estimate and he was very punctual. Then when I called him back to measure and order the blinds he was also very punctual. He was very quick and thorough. I don t have anything negative to say, it was very good experience.

 + -1 moreBruce responded promptly to the phone message that I left requesting a bid. He came at the appointed time with samples to measure and prepare the bid. He completely explained my options and I decided to immediately go with his bid. I made a 50% deposit to secure the order. The shutters arrived in approximately 6 weeks. Bruce called to make an installation appointment and arrived at the appointed time. The installation was completed without problems and I am VERY satisfied.
Description of Work: Bruce measured, ordered and installed plantation shutters for a double replacement window.

Description of Work: Last fall we used Blinds Etc. for honeycomb blinds on our patio door and some wooden blinds in two bedrooms (4 windows total in the bedrooms). The following summer we used Blinds Etc. for top down, bottom up honeycomb blinds on two room additions (8 windows total). The pricing is very reasonable, product is good, and we were pleased with our first experience, or we wouldn't have used them again! Bruce showed up punctually for appointments and knows his products well. Transactions were handled professionally and installation was quick. Sure beats trying to do it yourself and ruining the trim on your windows and fighting with your spouse! The second time we used Blinds Etc. we got another quote that was considerably higher from another company.

 + -1 moreBruce is prompt, courteous and professional. He is someone you feel comfortable having in your home. He took down my old vinyl blinds and even disposed of them for me.
Description of Work: Bruce came to my house and measured for four faux wood blinds. When they came in from the factory, he came back to my house to install them.

 + -1 moreTHE SALESMAN WAS ABLE TO MEET US AT OUR CONVENIENCE, HE ALSO WORKS WEEKENDS TO ACCOMMODATE OUR NEEDS. HE WAS PROFESSIONAL, RESPECTABLE, AND IN GENERAL AN OVERALL NICE GUY.
Description of Work: THE EMPLOYEE CAME TO OUR HOUSE, AND SHOWED US DIFFERENT WINDOW TREATMENTS THAT WOULD WORK IN OUR HOUSE. HE ALSO OFFERED US A GREAT DISCOUNT THAT LED US INTO BUYING HIS PRODUCT. HE ALSO CAME BACK AND PROFESSIONALLY INSTALLED ALL BLINDS THAT WE PURCHASED.
