It took much longer for them to do the job than had been promised. I was told the delays were due to some personnel problems and some people were fired that day. The manager made up for the delays by charging me only for a”complete” car wash. Because of that I would use their services again. I had to rate them lower this time because their problems affected the quality and timelines of the services I received.

Got to the car washed told them I wanted the $100 interior and exterior detail package. I had to leave my car because they had one full detail and one interior detail ahead of me. They told me the car would be ready in about 5 hours, they also said I needed a car wash before they would wax my car and that it would be an additional $7.00, which I agreed to have them do. 
3-1/2 hours later they called and said my car was done. I went up and did a quick view of the car and noticed that it was still dirty on the exterior and my wife inspected the interior and said they were still some windows dirty. The manager took a look and said that there had been a miscommunication between him and his employee doing the work and that he would fix it right away. We then waited almost and hour before the work was completed, once completed, we were satisfied with the end results. My expectations for something that cost $100 is that someone with authority should have inspected the vehicle to make sure the job was done correctly.
They are less expensive than most detailers, but you get what you pay for. Next time I will probably try someone for a little more - you can get coupons for very reliably places that cost about $150 with the coupon. Most places cost about $225 for full detail.

Did not clean the engine, but did a good job on the inside and outside of car. I thought we got more than we paid for.

Finally, a great car wash in Midtown. I've had to drive out to the burbs forever to get a good wash and interior cleaning and now I've found a great place that doesn't take a while to get to. I love the experience I had at the new site on 39th St. They did a great job and everyone that works there is really nice and friendly. That goes a really long way with me. I also really appreciated that the wash didn't take forever! I really recommend using this place.

This place has a prominent sign for a $5.00 car wash although going in I knew I would be getting an upgrade. I asked for the basic $10 interior cleaning. The service advisor asked if that meant that I wanted the hard surfaces wiped down. I said yes. When I went to pay inside, I realized she had upgraded me from a $10 to a $30 package without telling me that and quot;wiping down hard servicesand quot; was an extra $20. I was irritated but decided to accept it since my car probably did need a good cleaning. As I was waiting, I sat next to a young woman and I asked if she had known what she was buying. She said no; they did the switch on her, too. So, my advice is be very clear on what you are buying because this seems to be how they operate. They did a nice job although a bit pricey. If I go back, I'll be smarter.

Wow. These guys are amazing! In a little more than two hours, they cleaned every nook and cranny of my vehicle - including the back seat where kiddos have been eating crackers and spilling drinks for years. I called to schedule an appointment - they were very flexible with times and days. Two hours after dropping off my car - I feel like I'm driving a brand new one. They took care to bag all the little and quot;goodiesand quot; they found (Hot Wheels, YosYos - all those things that fall under the seats) and stuck the bag in the trunk.
Everyone one there was extraordinarily helpful and courteous. Will definitely continue using them for regular car wash services as well as detailing. Impeccable!
