I couldn't believe how fast they got the job done!  I was very pleased.  Be sure to confirm that you should take your machine out of the cabinet, if it is in one, before coming into the shop.

A personal, one-on-one training session was included in the price of the machine.  They were very nice, very helpful, and took plenty of time to teach me how to work the new machine.  I love the machine, it runs like a dream, and I feel free to call them or go back in for more help if necessary.

It went great. I have an older type of sewing machine and they were able to get the parts and fix it. I spent about $80. I took it in, they said they could take care of it, they said it was built like a tank but they knew they still had parts for it so all it needed was to get some parts oiled up and that was about it. They did the job, they were courteous and they were on time as to when the job would be done.

It’s a great place.  A lot of places put pressure on me to buy a new one but they keep my machine operating beautifully.  They keep telling me that I have a great machine.  So I think they’re honest and they have great technicians.  I spent $70 or $80 the last time.  The price is hard to know but I think it’s probably comparable with any other kind of sewing machine repair.  Their quality is great.  I will use them again in the future.
