I would recommend them. They are very polite and responsive. They come whenever I call them.

They come out every week to do my yard. I've been using them for about 15 years. Sometimes they pick up leaves, snow removal, and mowing.

Mowing later than when was supposedly regularly scheduled; forgot to take branch. Unreliable.

Not as good as last year.

 Often do not show when they say they will and SOMETIMES seem to hurry through work, leaving areas untrimmed.

We used Ben's Lawnscaping last season (2014), as well as April of this year (2015) for weekly lawn mowing and trimming. Last year they did a great job. Very punctual, and provided quick, quality service - aside from mowing a few times when the lawn obviously didn't need it. The 2 times they mowed this season, they were so fast that they didn't pay attention to detail. They didn't trim grass around a bush and trees, and they mowed over 2 of my plants, killing them. These were larger plants, a tall grass variety and a yucca, yet they seemed to not see them. When I contacted Ben's Lawnscaping and told them that they'd mowed over my plants and would like to cancel service, no apology was offered. In fact, no further contact was made besides emailing me my invoice. At the very least an apology should have been offered, a good company would have given an apology and a discount on services made, considering replacement plants cost as much as the mow service.

He's very responsive and very nice.

He did an excellent job. I will have him back in 2 weeks as this is the time of the year my very large pin oaks drop their leaves. In the past I've struggled because most lawn service providers do not want to service lawns during the winter. I have scheduled him for December also, as my trees are usually late to lose their leaves.
