Bath Innovations Walk-in Bathtubs

Back in 2013 we decided to get my mother a walk-in tub. Gary with Bath Innovations Walk-In Bathtubs & Remodeling did a great job. His team was on time, and took out the old tub and installed a walk-in tub . Other companies give us bids but we went with Gary's tub, not just for the lower price but the tub sold us. It's still running and looks great.

Gary and his installation crew arrived at the scheduled time and introduced themselves. They were very plesant & courteous. They then assessed the job to be done and then got started. They started and finished the job in a very timely manner and were done in one day. They cleaned up after they were all finished. I would highly recommend this company and it's working crew. My granddaughter also loves this tub so much!!! She loves the colored lights that change the color of her water. I have a hard time getting to use it because she always wants to be in it. She thinks it is her own personal swimming pool. I have been totally happy with my new tub and Gary,(owner) and his installation crew.

Wonderful, highly recommend Walk-In Bathtubs!!! The bathub is almost two years old and still holding up like it was brand new. Still performs like it was newly installed.

Price was very good. We looked at Kohler and Safe Step and Bath Innovations had a comparable tub for thousands less. Kohler's quote said their tub and installation was going to be double what we paid for the Bath Innovations tub. The installers arrived promptly, took appropriate care to limit mess, worked diligently to complete the work, did all work in a professional manner, took great care to install tub properly, cleaned up mess after installation, hauled off all trash and debris. Owner of the company (Gary) personally stopped in and oversaw installation. He also followed up a few weeks after installation and at 6 month post installation to make sure things were still good. Those thinking about a walk-in tub should seriously consider calling Gary at Bath Innovations to get a quote for a quality tub and installation.

We love the tub that Gary and his crew installed. It looks very nice and it is a well made tub. He is very easy to work with and answers all questions even when they come up months after installing. We only wish we had connected with him 4 years earlier when looking for a walk in tub. however we purchased a tub from a company who advertised on TV. We thought it was nice we had it installed and a payment plan set up to pay the $20,000 cost. However by the timed we had it paid off we noticed a crack in the door. We learned that repairing it doesn't work. The door began to sag and water would leak out. When we had Gary out to demo his product we could see the difference in the hinges and the locking of the door. The solid no leak door made since to us. Since his product was several thousand dollars less than what we paid for the old leaking tub we decided to get rid of the old and by a new one. It was a hard job to tear the old one out of our small bathroom and put in the new tub. They were up to the task and when all was done we had a very nice looking room. The first thing I noticed is that the sticker that read DO NOT LEAN ON DOOR was no longer there. I had grown accustom to reading that every time I walked into the bathroom. We are extremely happy with our decision to purchase from Gary and Bath Innovations. We confirm it every time we walk in sit down and close the door and start our bath,

The workers arrived on time and worked all day until the job was completed that same day. I really like my walk-in tub, I do not need to try to figure how I am going to get up and get out of the tub. It drains quickly and looks very nice. My spouse researched both the prices and the appearance of different brands of walk-in bath tubs before we selected the one with Bath Innovations. My husband likes using the Shower Nozzle that comes with the tub, he says that he can get in and out of the tub quickly.

They arrived about 11:00 in the morning and started work on the installation. When I got home from work about 9:00 they were still working. They did not leave until 11:00pm. Originally, he told me it would take 2 days but all of a sudden they wanted to stay until they were done. There is no manual and it is supposed to have a lifetime warranty but it doesn't even have a manufacturer's name on it. I wrote asking for these and got a tongue lashing because I was interrupting his vacation and he had not had one for 5 years, I paid too much for a terrible experience. $13,000 And he even ate all my M&M'S I had for grandchildren.
