 + -1 moreVery personable staff. They offered a slightly lower rate than I was offered by another bank. I delayed my closing by over a month, and almost selected a special mortgage program with below-market rates, yet they still persisted in providing professional service. In the end, because they were so timely and prepared to close, I went with them. I am not sure that there were any hidden costs, but the closing statement is a bit hard to understand. I don't believe I paid any unwarranted fees for obtaining the mortgage. They immediately sold the mortgage (they had an investor from the beginning). The closing went off without a hitch.
Description of Work: Obtained a home mortgage. They were great. Joanne Yoder worked with me and did an excellent job.
