Wonderful. Alex arrived on time and got both the jobs done in no time at all. He left no messes and was very polite and professional. Everything works perfectly now.

Patrick has been my go to for drains and plumbing for years now. This week he came through for me yet again. The whole house was backing up and we couldn't do much of anything. Patrick came out and did his best to get the drain open, then used a camera to investigate further. Turned out we had a hard blockage in the main line from the house. Instead of just leaving it there, Patrick made sure to get us in contact with Midwest Underground and explained our situation. We now have a new drain line and outside access. In all the years myself and my family have worked with Patrick and At Your Service I have always received great customer service, quality work, fair prices, and a positive experience overall.

Our washing machine backed up through the toilet on our main floor of the house. I called Patrick and he was able to come out and check it out in about an hour. He gave me a quote over the phone of around $300. When he came and inspected he indicated that he would need to remove the toilet and that would be an extra $100 charge. This is the reason I give him a "B" on price as simply removing a toilet takes 5 min. I told him I thought that was high to remove the toilet so he said that I could go ahead and remove it and he wouldn't charge me (except I needed a new wax seal which I have no problem paying for). Anyway...so I removed the toilet in couple minutes and saved $100. He helped drain the water out of the toilet with his shop vac...which I thought was great. Anyway, he snaked the line and we no longer have an issue.
The $319 charge is a bit high, but understand that being Christmas Eve there would be a higher charge...so I didn't mind that charge. Other than wanting to charge $100 for the toilet, everything else went great.
I would use them again.

At Your Service was prompt to respond and was on time to arrive at the job. We had discussed on the phone that the drain clean out job would need to be done from a crawl space. At that time he quoted a job of $500 for one hour of labor for two people. The extra charge was for the crawl space work. When they arrived they decided not to use the crawl space because it was difficult to get into. They then decided to use the vent on the roof. They indicated that a main clean out in the front of the house would be advised to install to make the process easier. The two men spent 45 min at the house and pulled out several roots from the line. They used a 3" blade since they were working from the vent. I assumed that the job was completed and that the camera company would be able to get a camera through the line to examine the pipes. HOWEVER, the camera was not able to get through because the clean out did not go all the way to the main sewer line. The clean out by At Your Service stopped several yards short of the main sewer line therefore not allowing the line to be scoped. I immediately called At Your Service and they indicated that they did the best they could. They did not offer to come back and complete the job even after talking to the service man that was performing the camera work. The following day I called and left a message indicating that I did not feel that their 45 minutes of work from the vent pipe in the roof justified the $505 that was charged. Especially since the job was still not complete. He indicated again that he had done all he could do and that if he was to come out again there would be additional fees of $125/ hour. Because the job was not done completely, we were forced to call another company to come and complete the job. That company charged for 1 hour of work for one man and they went through the toilet in the house with a 4" blade (which was what was needed for the job to be done correctly) and cleared the line completely. That total charge was $176.50. At Your Service did a poor job of clearing the line, overcharged for the work that was done and refused to remedy the problem. I will not use their service in the future. There are other companies that work with integrity and stand behind the work that they do.

It went great. I had hired At Your Service back on May 2, 2011 when I was desperate for someone to clear our stopped sewer line. The access was in the crawl space under the house. After getting turned down by several companies I called Roger the Plumber who recommended At Your Service. They came right out and agreed to do the job. I inquired about installing an outside access. They quoted me what I knew to be a very fair price and proceeded to do the work. They did not charge me more even when it took them much longer to make the cut to install the pipe. So, when our kitchen drain stopped up entirely on a Sunday before I was due to go out of town, I called them. For a very reasonable fee, he came right out and cleared the drain. He also ran a rooter down the sewer line while he was there for a very reasonable extra charge. This is a good company, and I keep their number on my refrigerator although I hope I don't have to call them anytime soon.

We had water pooling from the drains in our basement. We called to inquire about service. The prices were reasonable and they were able to come out the next day. They had a very professional looking truck and equipment. Two men came out and it took about an hour and a half (our drains had a lot of tree roots in them). They were very polite and did an excelllent job. They even gave us some tips to help keep our drains clear in the future. Next time I have a problem, I'm going to definitely call them again.

Patrick has been cleaning our main drain for years. He is wonderful and always comes right away. In the past we've always called when the unmentionables were already overflowing, and he always came within a few hours. This year I decided to be proactive and call him BEFORE it got disgusting. I told him that it wasn't emergency and he still came the next day.
He is always courteous and scrupulously clean. The stairs to our basement are very awkward and he manhandles his drill down them with no complaint. I have his sticker on my drain and wouldn't think of calling anyone else.

Patrick, the owner, was very responsive. I called at 8:00 AM and he came to my house the same day at 1:00. Very professional and careful. Quoted price on the phone was charged. I was very pleased with the service and will definitely call them again.

work was fine. I thought the price was very high. Less than one hour of work and the labor bill was $386.90 was the plumber and his helper
Response from At Your Service Drain Cleaning Inc
"This job required a second man becouse it was in a crawl space. All prices were quoted before we completed the work. Two men are needed becouse we were in a small work area. I wish mark had talked to me about the price when I was there completing the work. If mark thought the bill was to high he should have told me before we completed and left the job. When we have two men on the job we charge for it."

Overall, it went well. He was very fast and did a pretty good job of informing me of what was going on. He did tell me details of what he saw and advised that I should inform my tenants of items that they are not to put in the drain (coffee grounds, etc.). My only complaint would be pricing. I feel like it's possible that he charged me a bit more than he normally would because he knew I was a LL and he thought I would be able to pass the bill to my tenants, thus I would not care how much it cost. He told me that he would call me if the work was starting to look like it would cost more than $150. He did not call me during the work to advise me, only after and at that time he informed me the price was $175 due to the fact that he had to replace a pipe fitting.

"I did call the land lord to inform her the she needed a new plug on the mainline stack. She was charged the standard price for cleaning the drain . The extra charge was for parts. She did authorize me to replace the plug. Parts are not included in the price quote over the phone."

I called yesterday at the end of the day and Patrick was able to schedule me for first thing this morning. He attempted to clear the line from the garage and was unable to go very far because of another problem. So instead, he removed the stool from my downstairs bathroom and ran the line from there and was able to go out 130 ft to clear the tree roots that were causing the problem. We talked about possible solutions and outcomes to address the other problem that he ran into on the first attempt from the garage and we will take care of that issue at another time. All the way through the appointment, Patrick kept me updated on what they were running into and what they would do next to try to resolve the issue. Patrick and Roy were very professional, cleaned up after the work was done and I felt very good about my experience with them. I'll definitely call them back to address other plumbing issues I have down the road.

This was very short notice and I was very pleased that Patrick was able to come almost at once. We had a real mess, as the septic had backed up into the basement shower stall and all over the bathroom floor and carpet on the other side of the bathroom door. He arrived within an hour and cleaned the drain completely. Found dog hair(obviously from our Australian Shepherd) which he felt was the cause of the clogged area. He was very meticulous and covered all of the work area. He also was very pleasant, friendly, and quick. He wasn't here more than an hour! He advised us to have the septic pumped out which we plan on doing as soon as it dries out some. I will definitely plan to have him return in the future if we were to have a similar problem. We were very satisfied with the entire process.

We had a sanitary sewer line back up the morning after bringing our newborn back from the hospital. At Your Service was Recommended by another plumbing contractor. The owner immediately answered my call and was at my house within 1/2 hour. The line was cleaned and running again within a couple of hours including the time that he spent cleaning the basement. He was very helpful and informative about the process and what we should look for to avoid additional problems.

I have a small rental house in Waldo and the tenant called me about waste water backing up in the basement drains whenever they flushed the toilet or took a shower. I contacted Patrick after being referred to him by Mel, the owner of Water Works (Mel said he refers all of his main line work to Patrick). I spoke with Patrick around 9 a.m. and Patrick told me he could come by the house after he finished a job in the morning. He called me back around 11:15 a.m. and met me at the house by 11:45 a.m. I couldn't stick around while he finished the job due to an afternoon appointment so I left him at the house to finish the job and lock up. I even trusted him enough to leave a blank check with him to pay the final charges (he had given me an estimate of $150 that ended up being right on the money). I talked to the tenant and he informed me that everything worked great and that the areas around the basement drains had been cleaned up. At Your Service was very professional, responsive and punctual. I will definitely use this company again for work on our rental home and our primary residence.

I thought it went very well. Patrick is very personable and comfortable to talk to and spent a lot of extra time discussing some of the plumbing and drainage problems in this house, (which are quite a few!) and didn't mind giving me advice on the plumbing in addition to the drains. The way the washer is installed is not optimal, and he installed a piece of pipe to assist me with it. I would definitely call him again.

Patrick was called to clear the drains causing water back up in the basement. He was recommended because he had a certain tool that could cut through tree roots in the drain. I felt he was extremely unprofessional in every way. He left a big mess in the basement without offering to clean any of it up. He only removed a partial amount of roots causing back up instead of clearing all lines that were blocked. When I called him back to discuss this and wanted him to return and complete the job more thoroughly he refused.

"THIS CUSTOMER HAD A OLD OFFSET SEWER LINE. THIS SEWER LINE BACKED UP MANY TIMES AND WAS BEYOND REPAIR. WE TALKED WITH THE CUSTOMER MANY TIMES ABOUT REPAIRING THE PROBLEM. THIS CUSTOMER DID NOT HAVE THE MONEY. CLEARLY THIS CUSTOMER DID NOT UNDERSTAND THAT THE SEWER LINE WAS BEYOND REPAIR AND NEEDED TO BE DUG UP AND REPAIRED. THIS CUSTOMER WAS VERY RUDE FROM THE BEGINNING. THE OWNER WAS OUT OF STATE AND I TALKED THE TENANT."

We had a basement toilet that kept backing up. Our regular plumber didn't have the equipment to clear the line beyond the boundaries of the house, and he recommended At Your Service. Patrick and his assistant came promptly and cleared the line. Ours is 50's era home, and the guys said it looked like the line had never been cleaned before, because there were so many roots! They did a great job and cleaned up afterwards.

They were in and out within one hour, completing the work, offered suggestions for maintenance to prevent additional root growth (copper sulfate) at proper intervals and techniques. They were friendly and professional, putting down protective materials in their work area and cleaning up everything before they left.

This was short notice for Patrick, I called that morning and he said he had several jobs ahead of me, but would call when he was on the way. He called and came that afternoon. I was glad to get someone out the same day! He was prompt in returning calls, cleaned out tree roots all the way to the street and tried to save us the extra expense of having the stool removed and replaced, just would not work. I would certainly use this company again.
