Dr Petrosky, Au.D. at the North Kansas City office, has provided excellent service for my wife! She listens to her patients, provides information, including all available options from testing to prescribing hearing aid services. Total care from testing to fitting to additional follow up. Highly recommend their services.

They are very professional.They are interested in helping people hear better. They sell a very high quality product and they are willing to stand behind it and work with you as long as it takes to get it right. There are several audiologists in the group and I deal with Dr. Dane.

.My husband sees Dana Jacobson, an audiologist at this location. He was fitted with 2 hearing aids about 2 years ago and we go every 6 months for followup. They are very professional and all have very extensive training. Dana has been excellent at adjusting the hearing aids and physically modifying them so they were less obtrusive to my husband, which increases compliance in wearing them. I have no hesitation with recommending them to others.

They have different offices around the Kansas City area. I have also worked with some of the other folks in the office when I had a problem. The group is just exceptional as far as the services I got. I have nothing but good to say about them. They give a thorough explanation on what is going on. You fully know what the cost is going to be before you have to make decisions. They are punctual. Personality wise, they couldn't be nicer and personable. I have just been extremely happy with them. They are professional. I think they have a very high level of integrity, interpersonal skills and personal relations. They just look out for you so that you do not find yourself in a situation where you are buying something that you do not need that is priced high. If you have hearing loss and once they have taken cared of you, it is wonderful. They are also very responsive.
