I ORDERED A PRINT AND IT WAS ON BACK ORDER, BUT THEY FAILED TO CALL AND INFORM ME OF THAT. I KEPT CALLING TO FIND OUT INFORMATION BECAUSE IT HAD BEEN SEVERAL MONTHS SINCE I ORDERED IT. THEY NEVER UPDATED ME ON INFORMATION, AND WERE SLOW TO CALL ME BACK. VERY POOR EXPERIENCE.
Description of Work: ORDERED PRINT AND FRAMING.

HAVE TAKEN PRINTS IN TWICE IN THE LAST YEAR, FIRST TIME WAS WONDERFUL. IT WAS DONE ON TIME AND VERY WELL DONE. THE SECOND TIME WAS A DIFFERENT WORKER HELPING ME. I HAD TO CALL 4 TIMES TO GET MY PICTURE, THE MATTE I ORDERED WAS DISCOUNTED (FOUND OUT BY CALLING MYSELF), THEN IT WAS LATE, THEN THEY MATTED IT WRONG. FINALLY, EVEN THOUGH NOT QUITE RIGHT, I TOOK IT ANYWAY. THEY WERE VERY COURTEOUS IN HELPING ME WHEN I POINTED OUT THE ERRORS, JUST WOULD'VE LIKED IT DONE RIGHT THE FIRST TIME.
