Len is a true professional, and obviously loves what he does. He is very knowledgeable and loves to teach. I have even sent him emails with questions that he is prompt to respond to. His work is thorough and his pricing has always been fair. He doesn't do installations, so he can also offer an unbiased opinion on which route is in your best interest.

Very good. The furnace hadn't been serviced for a few years and he found a lot of dirt and a humidifier filter that literally had a baby mouse in it. He spent way more time cleaning and checking than he charged. I felt guilty that he wouldn't take anymore money. Really knows his stuff.
