Friendly, on time, professional. Installed new toilet on top of a handicap platform (not a common request). Did a great job with an uncommon request. Was honest about the other two toilets only needing flappers and not other items. Great service and will definitely use again.

We've used Tom for a few years and he has always been super reliable and honest. He is punctual and provides education on what he does. I appreciate his honesty when fixing something. He truly know what he is doing and I know we're in good shape when he's on the job!

He's reliable, does great work, and is very likeable. He's always done great work for us and his prices are very reasonable. The particular tank I chose has a slight leak, and he was very flexible in coming back out to look at it. It may take a day for him to get back to you, but I'm sure it's because he's very busy. Highly recommended!

They are not exactly cheap but fairly consistent. They do a good job. They come out when they say they are going to come out. When they fix something it is fixed. You don't have to worry about it.
