They do a real good job. The price is reasonable. Usually, they are here either that day or the next day. They are very courteous people.

I had a Dell desktop computer that was a little less than 2 years old and within warranty in May 2012 when I began to have problems with attaching photos, the video driver, and the computer slowing to a crawl. At the same time we were in the process of selling a house, buying a condo, downsizing, moving, and had a death in the family, all creating a great need for computer use, great stress, and major lack of time. I spent many hours over a period of days with trans-world tech support from Dell, which fixed the problem for about 2 days when it started happening again. The second time, Dell sent out a person who replaced the video driver. In about 3 days the problem started happening again. At this point in the summer there was no time to deal with tech support so I limped along until about 2 days before the move in late August. At that point, Dell told me I was out of warranty. In the middle of September, I arranged with the Tech Guys of Overland Park to come pick up the computer and diagnose it. They did not show up and failed to return phone calls. Finally a couple of weeks ago I bought a Samsung laptop, but found that my backup drive had not been copying files after about April. I tried to copy files off the old computer onto a DVD to transfer to the new laptop, but the old Dell desktop once again slowed to a crawl. In despair, I check Angie's List for a highly rated computer repair company and selected AM/PM PC Services because of their ratings, location and working hours. I called them about 4p.m. today and they said they could have a person out between 5:00pm and 5:30pm today. Jesse arrived at 5:00 pm and worked quickly and efficiently transferring the files. After looking at the desktop and consulting with colleagues, she speculated that the mother board may be going as it can have erratic symptoms as it does. I will wipe the desktop computer and recycle it. The prompt and effective work of AM/PM PC Services made me very very happy! I would definitely hire them again.

Even though this company only had a "C" rating on Angie's List, I received a very good referral about them from a close friend. I called them and they were originally going to come out that afternoon, but were delayed by complications on the current jobs they were doing. Doug called me for each delay and we schedule my job for 8 am the next morning. Doug reassured me that they would be there, he was very personable. The next day the technician, Shan Miller, called me at 7:30 am to say he could come early if I wanted him to. He arrived at 7:45 am and was very helpful and efficient in completing all my computer service needs. I was very happy with their work and will definitely use this company again.

They have done a wonderful job. All of the service people have been pleasant to have in the house and I do not feel concerned having them here. I would highly recommend them.

Everthing went well. Some of my Kodak Easyshare files did not get re-installed. Backup system continues to run without any issues.

They told me what they were going to do before they did it.

I purchased a new All-In-One computer. It was set-up by the vendor, who added several unwanted programs, antivirus, toolbars, free games, etc. The wireless printer was not explained to me, and I never found out how to work it. I called AM/PM PC Services in the afternoon. They were here by 8:30 the next morning. Heath did all the things noted above, was very courteous, friendly and well informed. I had a most pleasant experience. He took the time to make sure I knew how to do the different functions, such as e-mail, printing, etc., unlike the vendor I had purchased the computer from. And the price was below what I had paid the vendor to set it up in the first place. I will definitely called them again if I have computer problems in the future, and I will certainly recommend them to my family and friends.
