We had a great experience. Easy to work with and very professional. The work was done as promised and with lots of attention to detail, Alexander took special care with outdoor furniture. that needed to be moved to get to the roof and with clean up. Finished roof looks great!

Stephen responded the same day to inspect work required. He provided an estimate quickly and completed the work within a week. He was professional, experienced and friendly. The work site looks terrific and I'm confident we will stay dry during the next storm.

Stephen was very thorough in explaining the reason our sunroom roof was leaking and explaining what needed to be done to repair it. He answered all my questions and was prompt in getting us a reasonable estimate for the repairs. Once we ask him to complete the work his employees came out the next day. They worked hard to get the repair done and were very polite. They also did a great job of cleaning up and taking photos so I could see the work they did without having to climb up on the roof myself. I am very pleased.

We installed a metal roof last year, in the July 14th storm we had a tree land on our house. The metal roofing saved us from having the tree come through the roof. Stephen from Alexanders came right over and figured what did and did not need repairedâ ¦ he also helped us with the insurance processing part as there was a lot to do. Once the supplies came, they worked everyday to get the job done . Itâ s better than ever now, we get tons of compliments on our roof!

He came out the same day I called for a potential roof leak. He did not find one and even crawled into the attic to verify. Even though no leak was actually found, he recommended some repairs to the flashing and seal around a pipe and a gutter that leaked, which he repaired the next day for a fair price. Very professional.
