John came to our house and installed a radio in our car. We also had special emergency lights installed on one vehicle. At our office, John installed our new VoIP telephone system. All of his work was completed neatly and on time.

Came on very short notice and spent about 1 hour doing the phone lines. After I mentioned the DSL problem to him, he said he would come back the next day and do that work, which he did. Very competent technician who knows his stuff. Even found some bad CAT5 cable I was going to use as patch cable. Would strongly recommend him for anyone who has to do phone, cable, and wireless setups.

This is the fourth time we've used John for cell phone car installations. This particular time he installed a Bluetooth hands free kit with LCD readout in my old but beloved 99 Olds Intrigue. His knowledge is extensive so that he paired both phones (Verizon Samsung SCH-u540) to both cars for handsfree use. The sound quality is clear and much improved over older technology. Total installation time was 1.5 hours but would have been shorter had I not been pestering him with questions. He has always been punctual with his appointments and I've never had to call him with a problem caused by his products/services. I recommend John for all communication services, without reservation!
