We had a great experience with Above All Enterprises and certainly believe they lived up to their name. Stephen came out to our house and thoroughly explained what was wrong with our roof and gave us all of our options. After this, he showed us different types of shingles and explained the pros and cons of each type and what would be the best option for our type of house. He also explained the venting and added more vents to our roof for better airflow. They went above and beyond by also venting our bathroom fans that we didn't realize were not working. The shingles arrived promptly on the date we discussed. In April, we had a lot of rain and he was very conservative on wanting to start the project until he new there wasn't rain in the forecast. We really appreciated this. It showed us that he was concerned about doing a quality job and that he didn't want to risk having something dire happen to our house. Once the rain stopped, his crews arrived promptly in the morning on the date he told us. The roof was done in sections so if there was an unexpected rainstorm we were covered. The crew was very professional and in two days we had a new roof. The cleanup was awesome too! I had heard and read stories of people finding hundreds of nails after their contractors project was completed. I found only a couple. Stephen came out to the house after the project and went over everything with us. We had a couple of questions a month later and he came out to the house and answered all of our questions. We give Above All Enterprises an A plus and would recommend them to anyone. Thanks again Stephen!

There was a severe storm including hail and damaging winds. Our house had the original wood shingle roof which was about 22 years old. The storm did damage to the roof including broken shingles, missing shingles and a leak appeared in our upstairs bedroom. We saw an ad for Above All Enterprises and gave them a call. Mr. Tholl answered the phone and we set an appointment. I also contacted our insurance company and they agreed to meet with Mr. Tholl to look over the roof. Mr. Tholl arrived on time. Our insurance company was extremely busy and they sent an adjuster that was from out of state. I don't think the adjuster was familiar with wood shingles or the storms that we have here in Kansas City. She said she would authorize some spot repairs. My husband and I were in total shock based on what we could see from the ground and the leak that had developed upstairs. Mr. Tholl told us not to worry. He would contact our insurance company and speak with them. He called me 2 days later and said that he and another adjuster from our insurance company would be over the next day. This adjuster did see the need for a full roof replacement. Thanks to Mr. Tholl working with our insurance company the procedure up to this point was easy and hassle free for me. Mr. Tholl showed my husband and I several different types of shingles and was very knowledgeable about each one. We picked the shingle we wanted and the next week, his crew started work. The crew were polite and kept the worksite very clean. Mr. Tholl made several visits to make sure that the work was progressing properly and on time. We were very satisfied with the experience from start to finish with Above All Enterprises.
