Heating and Air Conditioning Service
My furnace went out the night before Thanksgiving. I waited until Friday morning to call, but got a call back right away and Allen was able to get to my house within an hour and fix the problem. I have used this company for years. They have always been very easy to work with, extremely reliable and their pricing is quite reasonable. Over the years, they have performed a lot of work on my home, including replacing the furnace and central air (13 years ago), hot water heater, and a lot of smaller projects. They ALWAYS show up exactly when they say they will. I would not hesitate to recommend they to any of my friends of family.

Contacted Mr. Call on Sunday, the day before Memorial Day and he returned my call promptly. Was able to provide service Tuesday within time frame I had available. Explained air conditioner problem clearly and did not pressure me in any way. Price was less than quote. Mr. Call highly recommended to me by a friend who has used his company for many, many years. I was not disappointed.

The old faucet had been difficult to turn on/off for a while due to a stripped valve on the faucet. I called Allen, left a message and he called me back within the hour and came out and replaced the faucet that day. He cut a hole in the ceiling of the basement bedroom, but cut a small hole so that it could be covered by an air return. He installed the faucet and cleaned up the downstairs room.
