Craig was an outstanding professional. He took care to cover our wood floors offered to wear booties and taped everything up prior to starting. The whole process takes 6 1/2 hrs and the result is oustanding. Our tub went from a faded offwhite bluish gray with nicks and rust to a shining white beauty. He even warranties his finish for 10 years.
One thing to note if you are going to re-tile your tub surround you must do this first before refinishing the tub itself. We wanted Craig to do the second tub in our house but he recommended we wait until we re-tile it for a better outcome.

Only issue was punctuality. However the level of work certainly made that irrelevant. tub was stripped and resurfaced. I can find nothing wrong at all. The gentleman who worked on the tub was very detail oriented and very well spoken and took care to protect us from any harmful fumes. with an old house we have had to do many things over the years to maintain or replace old fixtures! plumbing etc. I am not accustomed to the level of service and pleasant demeanor that this gentleman supplied. he was late, but stayed until after 7 to make sure fumes were gone. he did not rush the job and therefore it was perfect. matched the color exactly. It was worth staying home all day!

Mr. Hodkins was on time and called before to say he was on the way.Very clean and neat.did a very nice job.Money well spent.

It went very well. It's a good idea to be able to get out of the house while he's applying the porcelain surface as the smell is atrocious. However, the smell is gone within a few hours if you can open the house and let it blow out.
Try to avoid having this done during Kansas City's worst snow storms in many years.
