When Greg Colbern came to my home to provide an estimate of the work I needed to have done he built a trust with me immediately. He gave me an honest estimate range. He allowed me, with not hassle or pressure selling, to take time to discuss the decision to go with the project or not with my wife. We chose to use their services. Even though we had to wait to have the work done (not because of anything Performance Electric did, but due to the extreme heat of the summer that caused the attic to be unsafe to be in for the workers) Performance Electric came through for us in tremendous ways. They came on the very day we were scheduled arriving a little later than I expected, yet not outside a reasonable time. The two technicians were friendly and courteous. My family felt secure with them there during the 6 hours of work performed. All of the cables were run as requested and the finishing work on the wall plates, plus the cleanup made the entire project look like they had never been there. The connections all performed 100% from the very moment I connected the various electronic devices of computers and TV monitors.
