EXCELLENT! QUICK, PROFESSIONAL and GOOD PRICE.

It could not have gone better. Of course, I wasn't delighted to pay for a replacement refrigerator, but I was fully confident that was the best thing to do.

Service and price were great! Only complaint was he promised to come on Wed, did not show nor call on Wed. After I called him, he said he would be there Thurs and did show on Thurs. Hence the B on punctuality. I understand getting busy on one job and delayed for the next, but in the world of cell phones, he could have called so we weren't waiting all day for him. Still he did a good job at a good price and I will use him again next time.Harry

Overall, the experience with Justin and his work was great. While extraordinarily disappointed in LG's customer support and their barely 2-year old product, I can't say I am surprised that this occurred. This isn't the first time our LG dishwasher broke down, we learned 6 months after buying it that many dishwasher repair men won't work on LG dishwashers because they are a terrible product. Our original repairman who worked on our broken down 6-month-old LG dishwasher was on vacation, so after talking to 4 other large appliance repair companies who wouldn't even come look at my LG because its a faulty product, I finally found Justin. Justin arrived as quickly as he could (I think maybe an hour after I called) he tore everything apart, and explained to me the problem and my options. Even after I told Justin that I was just going to replace the LG dishwasher instead of repairing it given that the cost of the repair would be about the same as a new one, he took the time to consult with me about various brand reputations and suggested that I stay away from the LG dishwasher brand (no argument here). Because of Justin's help I was able to buy a new (Bosch) dishwasher which so far appears to be superior to the LG dishwasher in every way, including customer support.

My washer would not drain the water out and finish the cycle. I could not figure out what was going on. I called and talked with Justin. He was able to come out within 1 hour of me calling. He diagnosed the problem in 5 min and had the part with him. He was able to fix and test to make sure everything was working correctly in 5 min. I would definitely call him back if I have any other issues with my Large Appliances.

Our stove's bake heating element was malfunctioning and wouldn't go above 170 degrees. Just in Time Service came to the house on 04/21/2011 right on schedule and discovered that the element had gone out. He gave us an approximate estimate of $128.00 and would have to come back the next day because he needed to get the part. He said he would be back between 10:00 A.M. and 10:30 A.M. and showed up at 10:15 A.M. sharp! He had gone to the trouble to pick up the element from Lenexa K.S. (approx. 60 miles). He quickly installed the part and cleaned up any mess that had been made during the installation. He was very professional and we would definitely use Just in Time Service again!!!
