FELDKAMP FURNITURE MART

We are in our 60's and have purchased funiture many times in our life and have always been happy with our selections until now. We have never had such a disappointing and frustrating experience as this purchase and dealing with this retailer. The furniture that was delivered to our home was defective from the day they dropped it off. Multiple calls to the store could never reach the mananger, was then told the manager left. Asked multiple times to have the owner get in touch with us. Finally approximately nine months later after we contacted the finance company and filed a dispute, the owner called...but was another 2 months before they picked the furniture up...had it for 4 hours and said that was the best they could do and have refused to even call us back since then. The repair made the problem even worse then it was when they picked it up. Then lied to the finance company regarding the dispute saying they had fixed the problem to our satisfaction. I would not accept furniture from this retailer if it was given to me at no charge....in my opinion they are in business to make a fast buck and could care less whether the customer is served. POOR POOR POOR quality of merchandise and HORRIBLE customer service and follow up.
