EXCELLENT JOB! Mr. Crooks came out and reviewed all the work we needed him to perform, as preparation to placing our home on the market. He gave us a fair price and began working on the project within a week. At the completion of the project, we requested that all of the wood floors be smoothed out further and an additional coat be applied. We also requested that the flooring area between the bathroom and hallway be adjusted to remove any dip. Mr. Crooks listened to our request and performed everything, rather well and in a timely manner. We were pleased.
