Osage Building Materials

When we were planning the house we sent a shopping list on needed lumber and hardware to all of the suppliers in four counties. Ken Stadler of Osage Building Materials was the only one who called back asked for clarification and made recommendations to save us money. Throughout the project, whenever we had a problem we would call Ken who would research and make recommendations for the needed materials. We wanted cement panel siding for the exterior and a special sound deadening subflooring which Ken had never carried before. He called his suppliers and insisted they call their distributors until he was able to provide what we needed. He always delivered on time and was willing to store long lead time materials until we needed them. In addition, Ken is a charming country gentleman who always took time to explain to my wife or me the pros and cons of certain materials and help us find exactly what we needed. Not only was he an excellent vendor, he was an excellent mentor for us first time home builders.
