WIN Home Inspection

Jim was a consummate professional and did a full inspection of the house stem to stern. The written report was 42 pages-and full of pictures and details about potential concerns and problems. I will rehire Jim again when I need a home inspection. He's a real Pro!

Jim Kolich did exellent work. I was very impressed with his thorough inspection in the face of unusual circumstances. We didn't expect to have the buyers present or loudly barking dogs and my first time buyers also had a lot of questions and concerns. Jim navigated through everything with ease and professionalism. He made everyone present feel comfortable and provided my clients with a detailed summary report of the house that was easy to understand. He went out of his way to provide top notch service. I would definitely work with him again and highly recommend him to other Realtors needing an inspector for their buyer clients.

Jim found several issues that were not deal breakers for us, but allowed us to address them with the previous owner. He, was on-time great to work with. It was obvious he knew his stuff. Not planning on buying a new home any time soon, but I would hire Jim again when the time comes. Jim walked us through the entire house and pointed out things that were immediate concerns, things to be aware of long term, and maintenance to stay on top of.

Fantastic. Jim arrived early in the morning and I showed up a few hours later after he had finished looking at the roof, home exterior, wiring and finished with the termite investigation. Jim then explained to me in detail what he had discovered so far. After that he finished up the inspection of the upstairs and emailed me a detailed report with pictures a few days later.
