Jeffrey performed an exellent job. He said he could remove most of the pet stains, and he did. He said he could restore the scent in the room to a pleasant aroma, and he did. He moved all the furniture, which I really appreciated, and returned it. There was one unsurmountable problem that not even he could improve: a book-sized hot coffee stain in the bedroom carpet. I will hire him in a minute for my next job. He was very pleasant, and went above and beyond what he promised to do. these are very large rooms.

Jeff was courteous and professional in person as he was on the phone. He put up with numerous delays, lack of an address (and wrong phone #) AND still showed up on time! Then he did his job with just as much professionalism in the quality of his work. The carpet is cleaner than all previous companies and left it damp rather than wet. It was dry the next day (added fans) whereas the last time it took 3 days or better. Also, the traffic paths look so much cleaner than they have in years. I bought his coupon for $108 plus I added another room and the stairs. And I will be calling him again.

We had a weekend emergency carpet cleaning need and they were the only ones who answered their phone! Wonderful service came out the next afternoon. Did a great job we will use again!

They were great. They did a better job cleaning than anyone we've ever used I the past.

The visit went well.  Jeff (the owner) was very responsive and was able to come out within a few days. 
He and a young man arrived on time and the pair got started right away.  They took note of my areas of concern and spent a little extra time on them (the equipment is a bit loud, so Jeff shouted to the young guy a couple of times to not forget closets, etc).  They cleaned around the couch until I asked them to move and clean under it; fortunately that was included for one item. 
I'd suggest getting everything up off the floor, because they don't automatically move things.  If, like me, you had spills/pet accidents and used stain products or cleaners, show him where, because he can use a product to counteract the extra suds that might come up.  You don't want any residue to remain and attract dirt.
My carpet was in good shape, so they finished up in less than an hour.  We chatted for a few minutes about how to maintain the carpet and how often to get it cleaned with my level of use.  It was evident that he takes a lot more pride in his business than those big national chains whose employees just get in and out as fast as they can.  I've already recommended to my family and will use Voorhies again.

Everything went well.  I contacted Jeff via email and he responded that same day to set up service.  He was able to work us into his schedule promptly.  The day our carpets were to be cleaned, Jeff called to say he could be there earlier due to a schedule change, which worked out even better for me.  He used corner protectors for the walls, and was very careful not to mar anything in the house. He treated any stains ahead of time and spot-treated a couple of stairs for me.  He had one other guy with him to help, so the job was finished in good time.  He was thorough and the carpets look great.

From beginning to end, Jeff Voorhies was very responsive, polite, helpful and efficient. We wanted to have our carpets cleaned before Thanksgiving and contacted Jeff about 11/15/2014. I thought he would be booked up and he was busy but found the morning of Monday, 11/24/2014 in his schedule. We went around to all of the rooms we wanted cleaned and he was very professional and upfront with the kinds of furniture he could move and the kinds he couldn't (curio shelves and anything that had fragile contents, plus large items such as beds, dressers, etc.
He came on time on the 24th and did exactly what he said he would do in the way he said he would do it. He and his helper (and son), Kyle, were friendly but focused, efficient and diligent in their work. They didn't stop working until the job was done in about 2 and half hours. They found stains I didn't know we had and worked hard to get the difficult ones out - with great success.
The drying period was pretty much what Jeff said it would be and we were completely ready to have people come into our home on Thanksgiving.
We will be using Jeff again in the future and heartily recommend him to anyone needing their carpets cleaned quickly and thoroughly.
