TRI Construction

Given the scope of the project, I could not be more pleased.  Due to my flat roof and the issues that are specific to that type of construction, my project went from a couple of rooms to the whole house.  The owner communicated with my insurance company to make sure that all of the damage was covered, and I also had the opportunity to include upgrades not included in the insurance scop for a reasonable price (like the window replacement).  All problems were handled well as they came up.  The owner's patience with me as I had to make decisions on everything from bathroom tile to wall and floor colors was impressive.  He always exaplined my options that would keep me within my budget, while still giving me plenty of choices.  I would happily hire TRI again for any home repair or remodeling projects I have in the future!

This company went above and beyond with helping me out of a problem!
I PREVIOUSLY hired two other contractors to do exterior painting but they barely worked !!   Would say they were coming and never show up.
This company's crew was on time/ did a fabulously thorough job (belt sanded the whole exterior/ ROLLED on the paint) and even brought in someone to repair a window "wrap" that had been damaged by the previous contractor with no extra charge to me. They left the area clean and the house looks fabulous.   I feel confident this paint job will last for YEARS.
No money was expected until the owner came by and inspected the job and we both were satisfied with all the work.
I found this company through Erhard Roofing who did the roofing for my house (and they were great too!)
