I thought they were very professional. They gave good objective and sound advice. The guy who came out and did the estimate ended up not recommending the most expensive unit that he could have. So I was favorably impressed with that. The guys who actually did the installation seemed to do a conscientious job. For the latest job, it ended up taking a total of three visits to do the moving back and reconnecting, and they had a different man come out each time. If they had the same man coming, I'm pretty sure it would've only needed two visits. It cost me extra money and my time for their lack of continuity.
Description of Work: I've used them to replace the furnace and air conditioner in my house in Lawrence. On my other house, I had them come to move the air conditioner off its cement pad so I could replace it. Later I had them come back and move it back onto the pad and reconnect it.
