I ordered a new Bullfrog spa from this company. They kept in touch well, and responded to my emails and calls about the project as it progressed because I needed advice about the installation process to prepare my site for the hot tub. Due to the pandemic related supply chain slowdown, the spa took 9 months to be delivered. But I am enjoying it now all the time. Love this hot tub and I am glad to have a local company there for technical support. I am new to the hot tub owning experience and they taught me how to care for it and do the water maintenance.

The men that were sent out were very nice, came even earlier than they thought, called before. They quickly got the work done. My only negative is that I wish I would have known the actual price before they showed up. When I asked for price on my initial phone call I wasn't really told the bottom line. When I got the bill I was surprised at the total amount. I wish I could have been told the cost before the job was completed so I could have checked with other companies to compare costs.

Very unprofessional. Never finished the job. Didn't use our chemicals as instructed. Owner was truly horrible. They had a tech call to say they wouldn't be back. No explanation. Pool opening was promised to be completed in a week. The kids were very upset. Three weeks later we had help from the internet and friends. Worst experience ever with everyone there except their repair and service crew. The woman who owns this place is rude and completely unprofessional. I'm not paying for a full pool open when it wasn't done. Rude.

I have no name given here, just "Homeowner in Overland Park" , so have no way to contact you and see what is going on with your pool. I believe your expectations were beyond a pool opening, which includes removing and stowing the cover, starting the pool filtration equipment, installing ladder/handrails, and adding startup chemicals. At that time most of our customers take it from there by bringing a water sample in to balance and vac to waste."

My husband and I are super happy we went with this company. Excellent service and quality in every way. Contemporary Pools turned our dream into a reality. Actually BETTER than what we planned. :) My advice to consumers would be to be straight up with your finances and dreams, Contemporary pools will work with you and make it happen. *Satisfied in every way. Friends, family and neighbors have all been impressed with the beauty and the attention to detail on our project.

Another pool company had closed our pool and installed the cover incorrectly, leaving a dangerous opening in the deep end. Contemporary Pools responded immediately to our service request - they have already been here and removed and installed the cover correctly! I am very impressed!
