They fixed the plumbing. The first company did not vent the dryer properly so they fixed the vent for the dryer. They had to move the wall that was not attached to anything, it was a floating wall. The previous company had not attached it to the rafters. They attached it. They also had to add a support beam because the previous company had taken down a support wall without putting a beam in and the ceiling had started cracking.
I felt like they were honest with us and really wanted to help.
