They are very honest with you and go the extra mile to explain things to you. They gave us a good tip about trimming off the cabinet above the refrigerator would open up our options for refrigerators. They gave us a discount on our appliances and came and installed it. They were very careful and made sure not to make a mess when moving the refrigerators. They were punctual, and make sure everything is up to date when they install. They are informative and pleasure to work.

I call them if anything goes wrong! For this last service they were out & fixed the fridge within a day! I've also used them for our dishwasher & hot water heater. They're very, very good. The same person usually comes out & does a great job.

They came immediately and that was great. Repairman diagnosed the problem--computerized master board, which is the most expensive part to replace in refrigerator. Part had to be ordered so I was without a refrigerator for 6 days. After replacing master board, refrigerator had same problem. Repairman came back immediately and replaced part that controls cold air into refrigerator from freezer. This fixed it. It seems to me that the master board was not the problem and I ended up replacing the most expensive part in refrigerator. I was not charged for the part that controls the cold air or the labor, which was very smart on their part since I would have blown a fuse if I had been charged anymore than the over 400.00 that I had already spent.
