They came out and repaired the leak. A few days later there was a leak again. Then he came back and repaired it again. Now it is leaking and is getting worse. I haven't called them back.

Jim sent me a link to site that gave me a good price on a new motor. He told me to call when it came in and he would install it. I called him on a Sat and he came out on a Sun and installed it. Great work.

I called Jim on Friday because his number was written inside my hot tub, but I first looked up Spa Tech on Angie's List to see what information I could find. Only a couple of references, but they were good. He called me back Friday evening and said he would be out the next day around 1PM. Then he called me around 10AM Saturday and said he finished his morning appointment early and would like to come early if it was OK. When he got there he went straight to the back yard and got started testing electrical conductivity. He determined the heater element was bad and replaced it. He spent a lot of time coaching me on the controls, maintenance, equipment, and where to find the best prices for parts and pieces. He was very honest about when he had good prices or when I should go to the internet to find the best prices. GREAT EXPERIENCE!

Always informs me on just what to look for and how to deal with problems that may or may not come up.

hot tub motor replaced also had heater and circuit board replaced

The owner's name is Jim Cabral, but he was not listed on Angie's list. He said he gets all his work by word of mouth. I had to call him to get a receipt because we just got talking and he left without giving me a receipt. I felt like he knew what he was doing. I usually use another service here in town and I hate them because they are rude. The reason I use him is his expertise, no nonsense approach and not telling me that I need 100 different things, when I really only need one pump. He knew which pump it was. He did a lot of testing. He was courteous.
