"We are sorry to hear that the customer was not fully satisfied with our service. We offer a 30 day warranty will all treatments and will come back free of charge to retreat if the customer is still having issues. This service was performed over two years ago and it wasn’t until we read this review that we became aware that the customer was not satisfied with their service. We are truly sorry that we did not meet their expectations. We strive to provide the best service possible and strongly encourage customers to reach out to us if they feel that their needs have not been met."
"I am sorry that the ants returned. The service does come with a warranty that I'm sure was explained to you. There is no charge for us to return and redo the service as many times as needed during the warranty. If it rained any time within a couple days the exterior bait would not be poisonous to ants. We would have gladly came back. Please call us again we would love to work with you and I would be willing to give you a discount. Thank you."
