Re-Build LLC

Excellent. I definitely recommend Shaun and his team. They were fast, professional and did a very good job for us.

This has been the absolute worst experience with a business I've ever had. First day tear out went smoothly. Second day prep for pour was OK. Third day, they poured but did so late in the day, which led to a drooping stoop that had to be torn out and re-poured. However, that couldn't be done for a week, due to a vacation. When the work resumed after vacation, the workers did not warn me about how much dust cutting the concrete would cause and enter the house since the area was directly outside the front door and kitchen window, nor did they tape off anything outside. Concrete dust poured into the house with myself and young child making it difficult to breathe. I taped the door and window from the inside and had to pick up the mess. Once the work was done, I noticed concrete and chemical splashes on the siding and door. The company responded by telling me it should be easy to clean up. I still haven't been able to clean it off using numerous cleaners and scrapers, some of which ruined the paint and will need to be repainted. The door is ruined. The finish of the concrete is rough, and the company responded by shrugging their shoulders.

Communication of when the workers would show up was beyond poor. I would call the point of contact and was unable to get an answer on when the workers would come. Or the workers would tell me at end of day when to expect them next and they'd show up hours late. Also, the point of contact and head worker would openly tell me they didn't like each other and were upset with the other and wouldn't talk to them. So, I would try to call the head worker, and still couldn't get a clear answer. The head worker would also tell me how much money I could've saved by contracting with him directly rather than through Re-Build. This experience is beyond disappointing.

Service was wonderful. They communicated well and explained everything in detail. Showed pictures of work and took care of everything quickly and efficiently.

Whole process went very smooth.  Sean was very prompt in providing estimate and making some modifications after initial estimate.  Price was competitive with other bids.  He did a good job of explaining the different options and types of shingles. Estimate was clear and complete with no hidden surprises. Crew was very prompt, courteous, hard working and professional, arriving on the job by 8:15 or so and working into the evening.  Tear off and replace was complete in two days. Gutters done a day or two later due to waiting on weather to clear. Sean was at the job first thing in the morning and last thing in the evening, not just delegating it all to the project manager (who was also very good).  A few very minor punch list type items were dealt with quickly.  Crew did a good job of cleaning up, especially considering this was an OLD shake roof.

Due to insurance reasons, I needed a new roof immediately.  Catherine worked with me and was very intuned to my problem and time line.  I am very happy with Re~Build and would like to use them in the future for other projects.

I am very happy with this company.  I will be contacting them again for addition work.

I would like to start off by saying, Katherine and Sean (RE-BUILD) are wonderful people to work with from START to FINISH. They are VERY Professional and Easy to talk to. We had some minor hiccups along the way but they were quick to address the issues and to explain them. They helped me deal with a UNWILLING Insurance Company and Katherine Even spoke to the Insurance Claim Rep., which I was petrified to do, because any wrong answer and they can deny the claim. Sean even went back and asked for more Insurance Money when he realized that what they paid wasn't going to cover a CODE for ICE and Water Shield. Sean and Katherine worked with Us to make it very little out of Pocket and Very Little Stress. It went pretty well. I thought they did a good job.

It was fine. They were professional. They came and got the job done and I think they did a pretty good job.

It went well and looked great. They did tell me, however, that they won't be doing handyman work in the future -- I bought a deal from them and took a long time to schedule the work. Handyman work is not really their focus, but I liked the work they did!

Everything was fine. They communicated well. They were punctual. They did what they were suppose to do. They delivered good service and I am satisfied.

It went okay and scheduling went well. They were clean and well dressed in my home. They were supposed to change some fittings on the pipes and they ended up bending the pipes since they couldn't be changed. They were also supposed to re-grout the bathroom and it still looks dirty after the work was done. They were not on top of their game and one technician was in training. They also left personal items and tools behind and still haven't picked it up.

I purchased a big deal for this company. That was great. They came within a couple of week. They were responsive, they were punctual, they did what they said they were going to do. They didn't try to over charge me once they got here. What ever I asked them to do they did.

Did both bathrooms at the same time since we have a third bathroom upstairs. We picked all of our fixtures, tile, mirrors and lights out. They installed a custom tiled shower, wall surround and heated tile floor in our master bathroom. Also did a customer tile tub surround and floor in the other bathroom. Upgraded to granite tops. They did everything from painting to taking the popcorn ceiling and doing a knock-down texture on it. Looks very nice and we have enjoyed it. Work was done in good time frame and Sean was in close contact throughout the job. They also fixed some other drywall issues in the house and fixed a couple crooked doors while they were doing the job.

When the handyman came to do the work, the weather was bad, snowy and cold. We agreed to have the outside work done when the weather is better. The estimator who came earlier did not provide the actual handyman the right part # to fix the door and he had to go out twice to get the right parts, which was waste of time but the handyman assured me that the work would be done within the price paid in advance. This was one of the bid deals. He came back for the outside work but since it was after we moved out, I had to rely on the realtor to check them out.

He came to the house with the necessary tools and equipment and finished the job in approximately two hours. He brought a helper with him and they were both very courteous, professional and careful about their work.

It went well. Everything was done to my satisfaction.

Overall, it went well. The new roof and gutters look really nice.

I purchased a coupon for $100 to include 4 hours of work. When I called to schedule the time, I told them I wanted a pre-hung Anderson storm door installed, and other small projects. They told me it would take two people to install the door, so I would receive two people for two hours. From the installation reviews, I was not expecting it to be a two-person project. The first person arrived on time. He was very professional, and set up his equipment. The second person arrived more than 1/2 hour late. He said he got lost. My house is correct in the GPS system, so I'm not sure of the issue.







They spent the entire time on my front door. My house was built in 2008. It is not an older home. I expected to receive more than a front-door installation for four hours of labor. The door was a right-open door and not reversible handling. I could have received the same price at Home Depot, and I could have gone to them with installation issues.

UPDATE: After reading the provider response, I feel I have to respond. Perhaps he has me confused with someone else. They looked at my shelving, but did not have time to even begin the installation. To clarify - absolutely no work was done on installation of the shelving. The entire time was spent on the door installation.

It turned out really good. They came in and got to work with no problems. I do think their wording needs to be redone because the only thing that we discussed was a time frame. He claimed he was only supposed to be here for so much time, but the deal said something else. He ended up staying that long, but he was only going to stay for about half that time. I told him I didn't understand because Angie's List says one thing and I'm putting it in two different ways, but we got it straightened out and he went by what the voucher said. Other than that his work was good. He had another worker with him and everything else, so I don't have no complaints there. He did what he came in here to do and me and my husband are satisfied with the work.
