Did exactly what he said he was going to do. Followed up with us to ensure everything was fine. Very attentive when at the home. He made the effort when he was in the area to call and scheduled the quarterly visit since he was already in the area, stopped by that afternoon and completed. They use green chemicals which is great!

He was very thorough and quick to respond. He got in and out in about an hour. He also helped to educate us on the process and about the bugs we were dealing with. I hope I don't have to use him again, but I would if I needed to.
