They forgot to call me when the dress was finished and ready for pick up.  Since they had told me it would take about 2 months I called them a little while after it was due and they did have it finished.   I was very happy with the finished product and it was nicely packaged.   The job must be prepaid which made me a little nervous since they would have my money and the dress but it was all done perfectly.

We have used them over the years for various projects including replacing doors and  deck maintenance

I went with him because of his experience in fiberglass windows. He was very responsive. He was here every time he said he would be here. He knew what I was talking about when I was looking for him. Right before he started the job after ordering my windows he fell and broke his leg. There were delays because of this. He got back up sooner than I would have. He hired somebody to help him out. The job was a little extended and he had to do a lot of catching up with other jobs. I have no complaints so far. All my windows work fine. His price was comparable to the other estimate that I received for the same type of windows. His finished work was very good. I would definitely recommend Pirotte Restoration and Repair. However, the crew that came out were a little scattered with their tools. This was the only thing I did not like. When the flooring people came out I had to pick up the window people?s tools as they had not keep their tools together.

Bob started the project on Wednesday and got done on Friday. He picked up the keys from my place of work and proceded to do get the job done. One major problem occured when the existing header was longer than originally thought. However, he secured the new header and was able to rewire the electrical though the original one (he had to drill through the header and go up in the attic).
