Bill is very knowledgeable and professional. After the work was completed Bill showed me the work he performed . Also Bill demonstrated how all the new pieces worked snd how the locks work with the new keys. 100% Satisfied After Bill found out the details behind the job to be performed, I signed the quote he prepared. The quote was also the Final bill. There were no hidden fees or any surprises!!!
