Peerless Automotive

The folks at Peerless did a phenomenal jib on my car. I have two dogs, who shed a lot. Lots of fur, dirt, mud from the dog park, nose art on the windows, etc. WAS shocked at how good my car looked when I picked it up.

We dropped  off  our Highlander on Tuesday with the agreement that it would take them up to two days. Steve would call us to let us know the status but would be available for pick up by Thursday evening. We had not heard anything from Steve late Thursday so we thought we should call him. It turns out his window tint guy would be getting there late and the car would not be ready. Okay...so we agreed to meet first thing Friday morning. Down to one vehicle, so with wife and children I head down Friday morning to pick up our Highlander. Steve is a no-show. We waited till 8:10 but had to leave; now the children are late to school, my wife is late to her classroom, and I show up late for my Friday morning meeting. Lovely chain of events Steve has created for us. Steve had his excuses as to why he didn't open that day until 9:AM, glad we didn't wait too long. There are also many issue with the quality of service...
1. Door jambs were not cleaned
2. Sprayed tire-shine all over engine and bay without cleaning it first
3. Interior not cleaned properly. Gray leather and interior paneling has cleaning solution streaking through the dirt. There are areas that were simply missed cleaning all together.
4. The exterior not cleaned properly. Bug guts still on front of hood so I question whether the vehicle was fully polished and even waxed.
When pointing out all these issues to Steve, when picking up the Highlander Friday evening, he had more excuses as to why it was not done properly. I like Steve, he is a nice person, but we paid a lot of money to get our vehicle detailed and the entire experience and results were terrible. He has got a lot to learn about running a business and I hope he can learn something from my review to improve.
