Very well. He arrived an time, with all the equipment including a padded ladder and "inside" shoes. He did the outside first and climbed to the roof. He checked the foundation and drainage and deck and windows. Inside: changed shoes, started at the top and went into the attic spaces and measured insulation. Checked all plumbing and all light fixtures and all appliances and ac and heat. Found a circuit interrupter that was redundant and confusing, found double taps and double lugs in electrical, noted basement wells and state of basement walls and joists. Found an outlet that needed a circuit interrupter. Took pictures of all problem areas. Gave us a verbal report then a very detailed written report. It took about 2 hr and was worth every penny. He had placed the radon equipment previously and submitted a written report on that also. Inspection was about 350 and radon 150. Total was 500. A very professional approach and conduct of business. We will repeat every 2 yr.
