Service was good as usual, however, there never seems to be concern for my time. They'll say it will take 30 mins and then 45 mins later, I'm still waiting. Twice now they've parked my car outside not in a parking space (once service is done) in a high traffic area and it never fails that someone blocks me in and then takes off wondering around the lot leaving me to wait until they return or until an employee finds the owner.

Instead of repairing the units it was cheaper replacing them. They are a five star auto service centre and they live up to that name. They know us by name and they are very courteous.
