 + -1 moreThis coupon I received specifically said: "offer created exclusively for Tom O'Haver for vehicle VIN#_______________. It then repeated my VIN# in the actual coupon. So I drive all they out there to redeem and they wouldn't honor, said it didn't apply to my car???? Then the service manager got involved and got mad saying, well he didn't send me that coupon, now that's really understanding you customer. It was suddenly my problem. The old bait and switch, they would be happy to sell me a more expensive package. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, but when you don't even understand what a customer is, I guess that's how you handle things.
Description of Work: Bought a new 2017 Pacifica, received a 3 oil change for $139 email coupon.

 + -1 moreService was good as usual, however, there never seems to be concern for my time. They'll say it will take 30 mins and then 45 mins later, I'm still waiting. Twice now they've parked my car outside not in a parking space (once service is done) in a high traffic area and it never fails that someone blocks me in and then takes off wondering around the lot leaving me to wait until they return or until an employee finds the owner.

 + 0 moreMy wife took her 2005 Jeep Liberty into this dealer to get an estimate on the front driver side window that would not roll up (broken regulator). We've had this same problem repaired for around $300 on a rear window in the same vehicle by the same dealer. They called with the estimate of and gt;$600. We respectively declined and my father-in-law visited the dealer to pick up the vehicle. At this point they said we owed $125 for the estimate-- an excessive price they never mentioned previously. He haggled with the dealer for awhile but eventually gave in and paid the money, which I reimbursed. I ended up buying parts for the repair for $115 online and made the repair myself in 1 hour, thus proving that both the estimate, and the charge for the estimate, were highly inflated to the benefit of the dealer. I will never deal with Olathe Jeep again and recommend that others stay away.
Description of Work: They took a look at a window that would not roll up on our 2005 Jeep Liberty. They provided an estimate that was in excess of $600 after taxes. They charged $125 for the estimate.

Description of Work: I went to ODCJ to look at used cars. The salesman, Jerry Lee Darnell, was very helpful in showing me all the used cars they had meeting my criteria. Then he informed me of a sale they had going on with they New 2012 car that fit my needs. Originally not wanting to buy a 'New' car, I told him I would think about it and went home. He was very helpful but not pushy or aggressive at all. He was more concerned that I would be happy with my choice. A few days later he called me to let me know they had dropped the price again on the 'New' car, but again not pushing... just notifying. In the end, I ended up purchasing the 'New' car from ODCJ and couldn't be happier....especially with the salesman - Jerry Lee Darnell.
