This company was on the recommended list from my insurance provider.  This was an insurance job. The job was supposed to include the gutter replacement and garage door repair. I had to call more than once to get the garage door estimate. I tried to arrange the gutter replacement in that I was also getting the house painted. I wanted to get the gutters off, get the painting done and then the replacement. This was not included in the final contract. I called to get this corrected. It never was. I got the painting company to address the gutters. The actual work crew was professional. The job appears to be correctly done. However, the job took longer than estimated as the right amount of material was not brought to the site. At the conclusion of the job, Mr Forshey made calls and emails trying to get me to get the insurance company to hurry up with the payment. This was an insurance job and his foreman stated that it was clearly known how this works.

Very slow to finish job. Held back money and had a very unprofessional approach to intimidate me to get money. We now have a small problem that they are unresponsive to fix.

Some delays in starting the work. Roofers even showed up one day expecting shingles to have already been delivered and could not start work that day. Quality of workmanship was okay for the most part, but attention to detail was lacking and supervision was non-existent. Numerous issues came up after the initial installation including unexplained bulges, serious scratches and dents to rain gutters, ridge shingles not installed properly, gable drip edge installed had less coverage than previous drip edge showing exposed, unpainted wood and paint lines. Eventually all the issues were taken care of, but it took quite a while despite the fact that I had withheld $1000 from the final payment until the job was completed properly.

THEY WERE NOT COMPETENT. I HAD TO TELL THEM WHAT TO DO TO GET THE JOB DONE.
