They installed it and I think they stand behind it. I have a heat pump and the furnace. I would use them again. I keep going back with them since they are under warranty. My first impression was they were very nice and seemed to take care of everything. They were professional and did everything I wanted. There is nothing they could do better. I would like the price to be lower, but it is what it is.

Everything on schedule, one of the only subs that that cleaned up and hauled boxes away.  Everything neat and tidy, duct work professional install.  Very high quality system with almost no problems.  One windy day pilots kept shutting down, they installed the baffle to prevent this (were waiting on painting contractors), they came out about an hour after I called them.  Put Lennox split system in the garage and it works great.  Can't say enough good about this job.  By the way, house came in with a HERS rating right at 60, anything under 75 qualifies for a Green house, we got what we paid for.

They were able to have someone come out within 5 hours of calling and quickly replaced the wire.
