Easy to work with, great communication.

They did a wonderful job! They kept me updated with emails on how my project was progressing! They called me when they were getting ready to cut my granite countertop, so that I could tell them what I wanted. Actually, we already talked about that & Edan made notes on our account but they wanted to verify everything before they started the cutting! The install went well. It is beautiful & it was cut just right to fit. In fact, it all turned out very well! I have a beautiful granite countertop! So happy I went with granite & with Midwest Marble & Granite to do my fabrication & installation!

Overall, we were pleased. The one flaw that could have been corrected was a "heads up " they were going to cut the holes for the sink and drop in stove on sight in the kitchen. We are still cleaning out the dust that descended everywhere. The company we used previously for our bathroom countertop carried the slabs back outside and made the alterations. The salespeople were very easy to negotiate with and the countertop looks terrific.

I didn't even know how to talk about countertops. Her patience and helpfulness made my purchase easy and comfortable. And, wow, these granite countertops are exceedingly beautiful. The granite surface is perfectly consistent. I chose the polished surface treatment, it is smooth and shines like glass. The fit is exact, the edge treatment is even and smooth. My new sink is perfect. Until Edan told me, I did not know I could have any configuration I needed. The workers who came to my home, first to measure, then to install, were very professional yet friendly. They were on time, worked quickly and did an excellent job. Midwest Marble & Granite is an honest company. They are responsive and ready to work. No one tried to upsell me or sell me credit contracts. Costs were clearly stated. No razzle dazzle salesman wanted to take over. No one talked down to me. What a relief in this time of hype and pressure sales. Thanks and thanks again to Edan and Midwest Marble & Granite.

I was so pleased with how prompt Eden was with all my requests. She was so helpful helping me choose just the right look. The installation was a breeze. Andrew and Dallas were prompt and so helpful. Totally satisfied. The plumber had to return to correct an issue with the putty around the drain. Not a problem.
