100% satisfied. I called Michael on a Friday or Saturday, and he was out the following Wednesday morning. He and two helpers knocked the job out in about five hours. I had all the supplies, but he had to run to the store for some wood and didn't charge extra. Compare this with another company I called who said he couldn't be out for 10 weeks, and wanted to charge substantially more. All work was completed to my satisfaction. They cleaned up the mess 100%. I would use Michael Watson again in a heartbeat.
