He did a fantastic job. His crew is always the same for his jobs. They did the job in 2 days time, cleanup was perfect. I still recommend them 3 years later. They work with integrity. You couldn't ask for a better guy to do work on your roof.

We chose Maverick Exteriors to replace the wood shake roof on the home we were purchasing based on the competitive estimate and my interactions with Bob. He was very responsive and prompt in returning my calls and answering my questions. While some roofers built in 20 soffit vents into their estimates (raising the cost considerably), Bob said he would not decide the number of vents needed until he saw the attic space and could give an accurate estimate. He ended up deciding that only 6 were needed. The work was done efficiently and looks great. We had had no issues up until now. It was a real pleasure working with Bob and I would certainly use him again in the future!

Bob was very professional and easy to get ahold of. He always called us back right away and answered any questions we had. He was able to direct us with the entire process including choosing the right shingles, contacting our insurance with questions we should be asking and sending the paperwork to the insurance company. From the time we decided to go with Maverick, he ordered the shingles and had them delivered within the week and installed the very next Monday and Tuesday. The crew worked hard and efficiently. They did a very good job.

I am the type of person who has a fear of being ripped-off.  Mr. Blake was calm, confident and reassuring during the entire process from bid through clean up.  I didn't interact with the crew much, because they were focused on the job.  The one issue I discovered with some discolored tiles was promptly remedied by Maverick Exteriors and the roof looks perfect to me.  
I want to give his crew kudos not only for the quality of the work, but also for the clean up after completing the job.  We quite literally couldn't tell anyone had been here (except of course for the excellent new roof!)
Not only was the work first-rate, Maverick's pricing was well below other bids I'd received.  I could've spent thousands more, but I'm certain no one could have outperformed Maverick Exteriors.  Definitely would hire again!

I've known the owner, Bob, for 40 years and have always known of his great reputation and quality of workmanship. Purchasing my new roof was easy and stress free.  With Bob and his crew doing the work, I knew that he would make sure his dedicated crew would do the work as if it was on his own home. The work was completed in a day including meticulous clean-up.  It looks so fantastic that I cannot say enough good thing about it.  My neighbor was so impressed that she too had him install a new roof on her home and it was just completed yesterday and it too looks fantastic too and was completely cleaned up afterwards.  I would recommend Bob and Maverick Exteriors to anybody!  I am now going to have his company install new gutters on my home this week and I know with Bob watching my back, I have nothing to worry about!  Thanks Bob!

Their price was reasonable!  They did an excellent job!  They had plenty of personnel.  They had like two crews, so it went out quick.  Everything was clean, and they did not destroy the shrubbery.  They cleaned up well afterwards, and all the guys could speak English so it's easy.
