Mark is a fair and fast repairman. He make recommendations, never proceeds without authorization.

Overall, I am very pleased with Mark's Place. I appreciate Mark's expert experience, his trustworthy approach, and his reliable/dependable/timely repairs. He is very direct and honest in his communication. If he can fix it, he will; if he can't or doesn't want to fix it because of its complexity, he'll let you know right up front. He fixes only what needs to be fixed. He gives accurate estimates and has never charged me more than his up-front estimate. I have referred him to several of my friends as well; all have been pleased with her work!

Mark has been my mechanic for years. After calling to confirm he had time to work on it, I dropped the vehicle off before traveling for the Thanksgiving holiday. He took car of everything I had asked him to (I gave him a written list) and he called when it was complete. He never up sells, but he is very good about telling you when he notices other issues that may cause problems. During this repair, he told me about significant rusting of the truck's frame, which I had no idea about. He recommended a local body shop that helped me take care of the issue.

In the rare instances a repair has a problem (Example: I once had squeaky brakes after getting the pads repalced), Mark gets your vehicle back in quickly and takes care of any issues.

I called Mark who was on vacation. We made arrangements for me to leave my truck at his place of business on his return from vacation. I left the truck, and dropped the keys through a slot in Mark's office door. The next day, he called me to confirm my truck was repaired. He did a good job, charged a fair price and was very personable to deal with. He is now and quot;my mechanicand quot;.
