Marina Whyrick

I like Marina Whyrick. I like the personal service that she gives me. I just went out of town and had to rent a car. The person I rented the car from told me that if I didn't get their liability insurance I would have no insurance. That my personal insurance wouldn't work, so I picked up my phone and texted her and by the next morning I had a response. I had texted her at 8 p.m. from Phoenix. I thought that was pretty incredible. She is a customer advocate. She is not out there trying to sell as many policies as she can. She understands that we all have to buy insurance and she wants to sell you what you need and no more. She takes care of you. She was not the cheapest, but was second to the cheapest and I feel like I got a more comprehensive policy. I feel like they are a good price.

His assistants were very helpful as I went though this process. Although I was familiar with the process of insuring my cars, home insurance was new to me as I was a first time homebuyer. He took the time to explain the different types of coverage available to me and what each type covered should my home be broken into, or even catch fire. It is times like this that make me stay with my provider. I have had many opportunities to change providers for lower costs, but customer service ranks high on my list of what I look for. I would rather pay a little more to get great service and be treated like a person and not a number.
